產(chan) 品介紹：This gene encodes a 140 kDa protein that is stored in the alpha-granules of platelets and Weibel-Palade bodies of endothelial cells. This protein redistributes to the plasma membrane during platelet activation and degranulation and mediates the interaction of activated endothelial cells or platelets with leukocytes. The membrane protein is a calcium-dependent receptor that binds to sialylated forms of Lewis blood group carbohydrate antigens on neutrophils and monocytes. 抗體(ti) 的多樣性：
抗體(ti) 的異質性。抗體(ti) 的組成極為(wei) 複雜，是由成千上萬(wan) 、多種多樣的免疫球蛋白（Ig）分子所組成。這些Ig分子在形狀、大小、結構以及氨基酸的組成和排列上，既相似，又有差別。由於(yu) 有差別，它們(men) 的電泳活性就有很大的變化。

因為(wei) 抗體(ti) 具有與(yu) 抗原決(jue) 定簇相對應的結合部位（抗原結合簇），所以抗體(ti) 與(yu) 抗原的結合具有特異性。另一方麵，抗體(ti) 本身是一種蛋白質，具有本身的氨基酸組成、排列和立體(ti) 結構，對異種動物來說，它又是抗原。各類Ig都具有可用血清學方法檢出的抗原特異性，它們(men) 表現出不同的血清學類型。

免疫熒光技術的實驗步驟：

一、準備好試劑與(yu) 儀(yi) 器：

磷酸鹽緩衝(chong) 鹽水、熒光標記的抗體(ti) 溶液、緩衝(chong) 甘油、搪瓷桶三隻、有蓋搪瓷盒一隻、熒光顯微鏡、玻片架、濾紙、37℃溫箱等。

二、實驗步驟

1.滴加0.01mol/L，pH7.4的PBS於(yu) 待檢標本片上，十分鍾後棄去，使標本保持一定濕度。

2.滴加適當稀釋的熒光標記的抗體(ti) 溶液，使其覆蓋標本，置於(yu) 有蓋搪瓷盒內(nei) ，保溫一定時間以三十分鍾為(wei) 參考。

3.取出玻片，置玻片架上，先用0.01mol/L，pH7.4的PBS衝(chong) 洗後，再按順序過0.01mol/L，pH7.4的PBS三缸浸泡，每缸三到五分鍾，並不停地搖晃振蕩。

4.取出玻片，用濾紙吸去多餘(yu) 水分，但不使標本幹燥，加一滴緩衝(chong) 甘油，以蓋玻片覆蓋。

5.立即用熒光顯微鏡觀察。觀察標本的特異性熒光強度。
